During blue-tongue restrictions we were unable to use our local, organic-certified abattoir. Will will be continuing to use our nearest non-organic abattoir until further notice. All animals are reared in full compliance with Soil Association Organic standards, but our fresh meat products will not be certified as organic.
Beef and lamb continues to be Pasture for Life certified. Mutton is neither Pasture for Life or Organic.
