Shipping and Collection
The easiest method of getting your produce is collection at our farm. We are located 2 miles from Carlisle in Cumbria and welcome visitors. With this option, not only is there no delivery cost, you can also see where the meat comes from and even meet some of our wonderful team.
If this option is not feasible, we also provide delivery to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, it is essential that the delivery is quick and that insulation is provided to keep the produce fresh, and therefore this option is naturally more expensive. However, for orders over £50, we deliver for free.
Returns
Since our products are perishable, we are generally unable to accept returns. If you have any problems with your order, do not hesitate to get in touch with us with the issue and we will see what we can do for you.
