Whole and half lambs vary more than other cuts according to season and individual sheep. A half lamb is typically between 8kg and 12kg, at £12.30 per kilo. This includes a full variety of cuts, subject to availability. Certain cuts may have to be substituted if unavailable, but please do get in touch to find out more.
